The tow capacity for the Express Cargo Van 1500 Base AWD is 6,400. This trim is powered by a Vortec 5.3L V8 SFI engine that pumps out 195 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Electronically controlled, 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and tow/hual mode also comes standard. A transmission oil cooler is also included to extend the life of your transmission.

Like the All-Wheel Drive model, the Chevrolet Express Cargo Van 1500 with Rear Wheel Drive rides on 17"x7" steel wheels with front P245/70R17 and rear LT245/75R16E all-season tires. 
The Chevrolet Express Cargo Van 2500 Base comes with a Vortec 4.8L V8 SFI FlexFuel engine and can tow up to 10,000 lbs. Other mechanical features include a 105 amp alternator, an external engine oil cooler, front independent coil spring suspension, and 6-speed; automatic; heavy-duty; electronically-controlled transmission.
The 2010 Chevy Express Cargo Van 3500 is built to carry the toughest loads, boasting a 9600 pound payload and 10,000 pound towing. The 3500 Cargo Van also comes with a Vortec 4.8L V8 SFI FlexFuel engine with 6-speed automatic heavy-duty transmission. 
The Cargo Van Extended 2500 Base trim has an extra 20 feet of length and comes with a 280 horsepower Vortec 4.8L V8 SFI FlexFuel engine. An external engine oil cooler comes standard.
