2010 Chevrolet Equinox will get 32 MPG!
Dear journalist friend,
We told you at the NAIAS in Detroit this year that the Equinox would be the 9th vehicle in the Chevy lineup to reach an EPA estimated 30 MPG. Based on GM testing, we are proud to let you know we've exceeded initial estimates and the new Equinox is expected to offer an estimated 32 MPG on the highway! Final EPA estimates making this official are expected shortly. This is best-in-segment highway fuel economy and results in a highway driving range of up to 600 miles. Equinox front-wheel drive models with the direct-injected 2.4L I-4 engine will have an EPA estimated 22 city/32 highway MPG.

Honda CR-V: 20/27
Toyota RAV-4: 22/28
